AlpInn Wellness Chalets respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible? AlpInn Wellness Chalets, Oberdorfstraße 271, 5581 St. Margarethen im Lungau, Austria. Email: info@alpinn.nl.

What data do we process? When you fill in the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, private or business, email address, phone number, preferred arrival date, number of guests and your message. We use this data solely to answer your question and prepare any stay (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest).

Bookings Bookings are handled by our booking partner Villa for You. The Villa for You privacy policy applies to the processing of your data when booking.

Third-party services - Hosting: the website runs on Vercel, which briefly processes technical data such as your IP address. - Email: messages from the forms are sent using Resend. - Spam protection: the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abuse. - Map: the map on the contact page comes from OpenStreetMap and sets no cookies.

Cookies and statistics We measure website usage with Vercel Analytics, without cookies and without storing personal data. Only if you consent via the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the website.

Retention We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and delete messages no later than two years after our last contact, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Your rights You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, to data portability and to object. Email info@alpinn.nl to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.
