A sustainable luxury wellness chalet in Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, in the old village centre and right next to the beautiful ski area. You stay in one of the two atmospheric homes, built and furnished by local craftsmen with a great love of wood. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, and from the terrace you look out over the ski area, the mountains and nature.
The chalet has three floors with four bedrooms, a mezzanine with extra sleeping space and four bathrooms. Open the terrace doors and step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with table, bench and loungers. Ideal for starting the day with a lovely breakfast in the sun, and for relaxing in the private sauna after a day outdoors.

The surroundings
The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the Katschberg–Aineck ski area (70 km of pistes), about 200 metres from the supermarket with fresh bread rolls every day and 100 metres from a quality restaurant. Grosseck–Speiereck (50 km of pistes) is a 5-minute drive, the family mountain Fanningberg 15 minutes and hotspot Obertauern (100 km of pistes) 20 to 25 minutes. All ski areas can also be reached by the free ski bus.
The cities of Salzburg and Villach, as well as northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, are easy to reach. In summer, active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet alike will love the area: golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, yoga on the mountain and motorbike rides over the many beautiful passes nearby.
Pleasantly surprised! You know you are renting a beautiful house, but it exceeded everything. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, and every window offered a different spectacular view.

Roaming the mountains, mountain biking, a round on the neighbouring golf course and of course skiing. Or chopping wood, for those with energy to spare.
Healthy
Relaxing in the chalet’s sauna, reading a book by a mountain stream or yoga on the Alm. After exertion, time to unwind.
Culinary
Several restaurants close to AlpInn serve excellent food. And thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, cooking yourself is a treat too.
