Traditionally built, modern interior
In picturesque Sankt Margarethen im Lungau stand our two luxury Altholz chalets, where traditional building methods go hand in hand with contemporary sustainable technology and a modern interior.
The chalets were architect-designed and built by local craftsmen with a great love of wood. Each chalet welcomes groups of 4 to 12 guests.
You stay in the old village centre, right next to the ski area. Each chalet (220 m²) has three floors with four bedrooms, a mezzanine with extra sleeping space and four bathrooms. Open the terrace doors and step onto the spacious terrace, with the private sauna in the garden.

Your own sauna at the chalet, to fully unwind after a day outdoors.
Extra-long beds
Box-spring beds of 90x210 cm with all-season duvets, TV and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Complete kitchen
Fully fitted with Siemens appliances, plus washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Sustainably warm
Underfloor heating in all tiled rooms via a heat pump, for even warmth throughout the house.
Wi-Fi throughout
Free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, plus TVs and Harman Kardon speakers.
Bikes and parking
Private parking, bike storage with four bikes, and ski boot heaters.
Layout
Three floors per chalet: the living room, kitchen and one bedroom on the ground floor; three bedrooms on the lower ground floor; and the mezzanine with sofa bed and mountain views at the top.

Location and route
Thanks to its altitude and position, Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is snow-sure yet easy to reach without difficult mountain passes. You can drive right up to the front door without snow chains. Add the endless possibilities right on the doorstep and the whole is truly unique.

Active
Roaming the mountains, mountain biking, a round on the neighbouring golf course and of course skiing. Or chopping wood, for those with energy to spare.
Healthy
Relaxing in the chalet’s sauna, reading a book by a mountain stream or yoga on the Alm. After exertion, time to unwind.
Culinary
Several restaurants close to AlpInn serve excellent food. And thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, cooking yourself is a treat too.
