Our chalets
'Space to enjoy', you will have every opportunity to do so in our stylish, sustainably developed and luxurious chalet. Located in the old village centre of St. Margarethen im Lungau, right next to the beautiful ski area.
You will occupy one or both of the atmospheric units in this chalet, the construction and furnishing of which was carried out by local craftsmen with a great love of wood. Each chalet (220m2) consists of three floors with four bedrooms, a loft with sleeping possibility and four bathrooms. Open the terrace doors and you are directly on the spacious outdoor terrace with private sauna and jacuzzi.

Facilities
The chalets have 6 parking spaces and 4 standard bicycles (electric charging of car and bicycle is also possible). There is underfloor heating in all tiled areas (durable, even heat throughout the house by means of a heat pump). The kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and is fully equipped. You also have access to a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable extra long box-spring beds (90x210cm), four-season duvets, TV and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Wifi is available everywhere.
Location/route
Sankt Margarethen im Lungau is, due to its altitude and location, snow certain and yet easy to reach without difficult mountain passes. You can drive up to the front door without having to use snow chains. Add to that the unprecedented opportunities in the immediate vicinity, and all this together is quite unique.
