'Space to enjoy', you have every opportunity to do so in this sustainable, luxury wellness chalet. Located in the old village centre of St. Margarethen im Lungau, right next to the beautiful ski area. You will stay in one of the two atmospheric homes, of which the construction and furnishing was done by local craftsmen with a great love for wood. The chalet consists of three floors with four bedrooms, a loft with sleeping possibility and four bathrooms. Open the terrace doors and you are directly on the spacious outdoor terrace facing north with terrace table, sofa and (sun) chairs. Ideal to enjoy the afternoon sun after a day of skiing or enjoy the spacious Jacuzzi with a view of the magnificent starry sky.

  • The environment

    The chalet is located within walking distance of the ski area of the Topregion Katschberg-Aineck (70 km piste) and about 200 m from the supermarket with fresh rolls every day and a quality restaurant at 100 m. Also 'hotspot' ski area Obertauern (100 km piste) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, Ski Grosseck-Speiereck (50 km piste) in 5 minutes, and Family Mountain Fanningberg 20 minutes (30 km piste), also all reachable by free ski bus. The cities of Salzburg and Villach, as well as Northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, are within easy reach. In summer, both active holidaymakers and those looking for peace and quiet can enjoy this wonderful environment. Golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, yoga on the mountain and motorcycling over the many beautiful passes in the vicinity are among the many possibilities to experience a fantastic holiday.
